Testimonials from Windsor Estates I would like to acknowledge a few of your employees for being helpful, speedy, and compassionate all at the same time. Trying to establish housing for my family was only one of the many items that needed to be addressed during the Hurricane Ike disaster. It was important to find a safe and comfortable environment, and one that is convenient for travel to and from Galveston. Although there were no 3 bedroom or ground level units available, I am pleased with the accommodations for my family. Elizabeth went the extra mile to assist me, contact me after office hours, and ensure that she was doing all she could to meet our needs. She offered wonderful suggestions to help my mother, who has mobility issues. I decided to move in a day earlier than originally planned. Tina worked hard to complete housekeeping and when she realized the fridge was not operating properly immediately contacted Maintenance and they worked hard to replace it, all before noon the same day! Sharon, while trying to attend to the flood of perspective residents coming into the office, gave me her time and attention when I visited to obtain an access card and gate remote. She escorted me to the computer room and ensured I knew about the other amenities (cafe, movie/book library, computer usage) available to the residents, and I was able to make use of them all. All the services made transitioning that much easier for my mother, kids, and me. Thank you for not only providing an excellent residence, but also excellent representatives. I like the property because it's new, well kept, and I love the lay out of my apartment. Convenience everything is around, and it's very very quiet. Close to work. Nice place to live. (ex. pool and weight room) I like it because its quiet, neighbors are wonderful, I love the improvement. Convenience. I know all my neighbors, we all watch out for each other. I love my apartment!
