I love living in the South Pointe Apartments, because of my good neighbors, the staff, and Management, everyone has been so nice to me. The rent is affordable and the upkeep inside and out is good. It is convenient to restaurants, shopping, and hospitals. I like the easy access to the inner loop and I-49. I have no complaints, it has been a pleasant stay here. I moved in here September 1, 1996 and I have really enjoyed it here.

I have enjoyed living at South Pointe for many years. It has been a nice place, beautiful lawn and trees. People are friendly, neighbors are quiet and parking lot is lighted up, and music is not to loud. The laundry room is right out my front door so I do not have to far to go to it. Management and maintenance always try and keep the place clean and neat. We are close to bus stops and many business places, doctors' offices and hospitals. We have really enjoyed the nice maintenance and manager that we have, they are so nice and caring. I moved in here October 1, 1987 and do really enjoy it here.
