We sold our house and moved to Overbrook in 1998 and have never regretted our decision for doing so.  We no longer have gutters to clean, leaves to rake, and shrubs to trim, etc.  We enjoy the well kept grounds at Overbrook.  Our requests for maintenance are promptly taken care of and we have had great neighbors.  We think Overbrook is the BEST for apartment living!
